Currently in development in a mock studio of 50+ peopleCharon's Corner is a high speed racing 3D platformer game, where you play as a skull that gets bowled by Charon who shows him his past and memories of the people in his life through each level.

First Iterations
For this game, I made concept art for the player character as well as their love interest. Since the game was going to have a neon 80's concept, I wanted that theme reflected in the player skull. The art director however, wanted the player skull to be blank, so that the player doesn't know to much about them right away and can learn that as they play through the game. While it was sad to part with some cool designs iterations, I now think this was the best choice. I was also told to make the mouth and eyes more angular, which allowed me to play around more with the players expression.

I also made concept art for one of the npcs, the player character's love interest. She's a childrens book illustrator so I wanted to reflect that in her design by giving her cute accessories like book and pencil earrings.
